In Condé Nast Traveller’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards (UK), Shangri-La Singapore placed #1 Best Hotel in Singapore and Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur #1 Best Hotel in South East Asia. Meanwhile, Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa, Penang ranked #2 Best World Resort in Asia while Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong ranked #3 Best Hotel in Hong Kong.
