One-MICHELIN starred IGNIV Bangkok presents the Art of Sharing amidst a friendly and relaxed atmosphere through its Weekend Brunch with a favorable modification requested by our guests to be able to choose their own main course. In October onwards, enjoy an option of three beverage packages using The Botanist Gin or Champagne Telmont to make the weekend more perfect, available every Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Drawing inspiration from the IGNIV seasonal menu and sharing philosophy, the IGNIV Weekend Brunch menu, presenting a selection of modern and classic Swiss dishes created by Head Chef Arne Riehn, begins with a selection of freshly baked Swiss breads and delightful starters made with premium ingredients such as Langoustine—Cocktail—Horseradish and Egg—Caviar—Beef.
The Weekend Brunch experience includes a choice of one full-sized main course per diner from a menu which includes Swiss-inspired dishes such as Beef Cheek—Potato—Chives, Rösti—Raclette-Crème Fraîche—Caviar, and Älpler Macaroni—Truffle—Apple—Cheese, as well as sweet items which features Apple Pie—Chantilly—Cinnamon Ice, Schokomousse—Peach—Saffron, and Caramelköpfli—Vanilla—Plum.
The finale is signaled by an introduction to the IGNIV Candy Store; an invitation to revisit one’s childhood with a visual extravaganza of canelés, madeleines, financiers, caramels, toffees, chocolate dipped nuts, panforte and nougat to be brought home as a delicious memory of their visit.
IGNIV Weekend Brunch also offers selected beverage packages, designed to suit your preference with an option of a cocktail package featuring Prima Aloe Vera and Hugo Gin, made with The Botanist Gin for THB 800++, or opt for the delicate, balanced complexity of The Botanist Gin with a free-flow gin and tonic package for THB 1,200++. Alternatively, enjoy two glasses of Champagne Telmont, renowned for its 100% organic production, for THB 2,500++.
