Pistachio Papi is making a sweet scene across QT Hotels & Resorts with a nutty collaboration from 10 August until the end of September. Selected QTs across the Eastern seaboard will place their own culinary twist on the cult-favourite Pistachio Papi with a dalliance of decadence not to be missed.
Indulgent as it is exclusive, the 100% Italian pistachio spread will be popping up across QT Gold Coast, finding a penchant for pastry with Adriano Zumbo at QT Sydney’s QTea High Tea and taking over QT Melbourne’s lobby sandwich bar, Deli QT.

FIXX Café transforms into a pistachio playground with various mouth-watering confections by award-winning pastry chef, Daniel King. Layered and lathered with pistachio, expect triple choc filled cookies, caramelised half dipped flat croissants, macarons with pistachio crumb, and a viral-worthy Papi-filled cronut smash which will leave you feeling like you just landed in Europe!
Every evening, Bazaar Marketplace will have an endless supply of Pistachio Papi spread to dip, drizzle and dunk a delectable line-up of desserts, seasonal fresh fruits, acai and velvety soft serve.
QT MELBOURNE
Deli QT, Melbourne’s lobby side sandwich bar introduces a Nonna-approved menu including Pistachio Papi Custard Bombolini, Papi Iced Vanilla Slice, Pistachio Papi Lattes, and an irresistible Pistachio Crema Calzone sprinkled with marshmallows and fresh pistachios.
QT SYDNEY
QTea High Tea, under the guidance of master pâtissier and MasterChef Australia guest judge Adriano Zumbo, introduces a trio of limited-edition treats. Guests can delight in a Pistachio Papi Zumbaron and savour a Pistachio Papi Chantilly cream choux.
