Now live, the new Travel Agent Portal 2.0 introduces a state-of-the-art user experience that promises faster functionality and a more intuitive booking process. Agents will benefit from a centralized business overview, enabling instant access to options, proposals, and bookings, all on a single page.

One of the standout additions is the comprehensive training section, a first for Club Med’s portal. This section offers detailed instructions and video tutorials on various processes, including reservation management, resort price calendar access, and selecting the best Club Med product for clients. These enhancements ensure a seamless and expedited experience for travel agents.

Tested rigorously by Australian travel agents to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, the Travel Agent Portal 2.0 marks a significant upgrade from the previous version launched in 2022. Michelle Davies, General Manager of Club Med Pacific, emphasized the importance of this launch.

The consultant who achieves the highest sales revenue through the portal within the first five weeks will win a seven-night stay for two at any Club Med Asia sun resort of their choice. This promotion underscores Club Med’s commitment to supporting and rewarding their travel agents.

Agents interested in accessing the new portal can register at Club Med Travel Agent Portal 2.0. Agents previously registered on the older portal will be automatically transferred to the new system.

Agents are encouraged to connect with their nearest Business Development Manager for additional information on selling Club Med packages or to inquire about the latest offers.
