One of the exquisite menus offers a Burrata Salad featuring heirloom tomatoes and focaccia wafer, followed by a Mediterranean Style Seafood Soup brimming with lobster, scallops, kingfish, mussels, and rosemary grissini. The main course boasts Beef Tenderloin paired with confit carrots, broccolini, cheese-loaded potato, and peppercorn sauce, while dessert presents Vanilla Saffron Brulee infused with cardamom and macerated berries.
