This landmark event at the prestigious T. Mariotti shipyard in San Giorgio di Nogaro, Italy, signifies a new era in high-end maritime travel.

In collaboration with Cruise Saudi, Aman’s latest venture promises to set new standards in luxury sea voyages. The 183-meter (600-foot) vessel, featuring only 50 opulent suites, each with a private balcony, is scheduled to welcome its first guests in 2027. The keel-laying ceremony was a historic occasion attended by key figures, including Jonathan Wilson, CEO of Aman at Sea; Lars Clasen, CEO of Cruise Saudi; and Marco Ghiglione, CEO of T.Mariotti. They collectively laid the first 200-ton steel block, adhering to the maritime tradition of placing newly minted coins on the steel for good luck during construction and future voyages.
