A ‘Cellar to City’ Wine Series

Located on Level Three in W Sydney’s main restaurant BTWN, embark on a sensory journey with the exclusive ‘Cellar to City’ Wine Series, showcasing the finest wines from Australia’s renowned winemakers. Partnering with BTWN is a stellar line-up of winemakers including de Beaurepaire Wines, Henschke, and a collective joyfully entitled Australian Winemakers We Love. Exclusive to only 30 guests per sitting, the series of three not-to-be-missed monthly dinners promises unforgettable evenings of culinary artistry paired with exquisite wines including tastings of unique museum vintages. Menus will reflect BTWN’s focus on seasonal and sustainable produce and hero exceptional local producers, with Head Chef Chris Dodd working hand-in-glove with the winemakers to create magical pairings for the exceptional wines on show. 

The ‘Cellar to City’ Wine Series begins on Thursday 25 July with de Beaurepaire Wines, where Will de Beaurepaire will present their iconic and museum release wines paired with culinary highlights including Appellation oysters, Coral Trout Crudo and Master Stock Braised Portoro Beef Short Rib, Celeriac, Rainbow Chard for only $179 per person.
