Avoca freshens things up with a brand new seafood menu matched to chilled summer vibes and given an innovative twist for people who know good food, served from July 4, 2024.

Dive into succulent fresh sensations like the Avoca’s signature Seafood Tower (Seasonal fresh oysters (6pcs), Canadian lobster (half), premium caviar, Sicilian red prawns and a daily fish tartare. Served with black truffle yuzu vinaigrette & condiments); Grilled Seafood Platter (grilled whole lobster, seabass fillet, grilled tiger prawns, grilled octopus, sautéed mussels, lemon vinaigrette sauce) or six of the best oysters with a touch of yuzu ponzu.

Explore creations like Raw Scallop & Prawn Cocktail with truffle and turnip foam, Market Fresh Crudo with tomato ravigote sauce and yellow soya ponzu, Spicy Catalan Mussels with almond picada, and Crispy Potato Cake with Cod Fish.

Choose finger licking classics with the Avoca twist: Boston Lobster Linguine with chili, parsley and shellfish sauce, classic Seafood Stew, and Sautéed Tiger Prawns with Harissa garlic butter and Spanish chorizo.

And indulge in pure comfort food pleasures: Lobster and Crab Rolls on brioche buns, Crispy Chicken Waffle or Cornflake-crusted ChickenCiabatta Beef Pastrami Sandwich, stir-fried homemade chorizo, Avoca sliders or our signature Mac and Cheese Cube.

SEAFOOD SUMMER BRUNCH AT AVOCA 

Avoca Beach is the most popular and well-known surf break on the Central Coast in Australia. So in the spirit of Summer, Sun, Surf, Sounds and Sea, we are introducing our Seafood Summer Brunch!

This Summer Splash features radical cocktails and a mouthwatering selection of creative seafood dishes. First, we will serve an unlimited amount of appetisers including Seafood TartareSalmon Tiradito Salad, Spicy Catalan Mussels, fried seafood with Moroccan spices and market fresh crudo. When you say stop, we continue with a main course of your choice (Roasted Cod with herbed crust, Classic Seafood StewSautéed Harissa Garlic Butter Tiger PrawnsLinguine Boston lobster or Roasted Whole Sea Bream). And for the sweet finish we will serve the Avoca dessert platter to complete the feast.

Starting on July 13(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for just HK$580 per person, with options to lean back, enjoy the stunning views and add free-flow cocktails, beers and punches for just HK$200.

STARS OF SINGAPORE’S BEST BARS FOR ONE NIGHT AT AVOCA

Fans of next-level mixology and bartending at its best must mark the date: on July 15, from 8-11pm, guest bartenders from three of Singapore’s elite entries in Asia’s 100 Best Bars pop up and take over at Avoca to a soundtrack of DJ grooves.

In partnership with sustainable icons London Essence, each bartender will present two signature cocktails from The Elephant Room (No.65), Last Word (No.61) and Native (No. 83), ahead of the unveiling of Asia’s 50 Best Bars award on July 16.
