4-HANDS DINNER WITH CHEF CHOI HYUN-SEOK & CHEF KENNY HUANG AT BOTTEGA DI CARNA

Chef Choi showcases his bold and imaginative take on fine dining at the revolutionary Choi Dot in Seoul, where while inspired by Italy, the compelling menu remains distinctively Korean and the experience rooted in fun. The name “Choi Dot” represents his ambition to create dishes so unique they need no further explanation.

A huge TV personality in his native South Korea, Chef Choi and Chef Huang of Bottega di Carna have created a 6-course explosive menu of Korean and Italian flavours, with dishes including Chef Choi’s Ganjang Gyejang (raw marinated crab) and Samgyetang, his take on the traditional ginseng chicken soup.

Chef Choi shares that “I am very happy to have the opportunity to present my dishes in Singapore, a city of gastronomy. I think the contemporary and exotic Mondrian Singapore Duxton and my dishes go well together. My team will prepare creative Korean cuisine and present a perfect night for guests who join us at Bottega di Carna.”
Chef Huang believes that “Chef Choi and I share the same ethos that fine dining should also be a fun and entertaining experience, we are looking forward to bringing something exceptional to the table with this unique collaboration.”
