PRE-THEATRE DINING + THEMED COCKTAILS
Before the evening show, guests are invited to a pre-theatre dinner at Dolly, the hotel’s popular, old-world European restaurant and cocktail bar. A brand-new Prix Fixe menu is offered at $60 per person from 5 to 6 PM, complete with a glass of wine.
For those after a quick bite or sip, walk into Intermission, the hotel’s 1950s-inspired lobby bar and lounge. Here, enjoy a Sunset Boulevard-themed cocktail menu that pays homage to the iconic drinks of the 1950s (the golden age of Hollywood). Crafted with thorough research, cocktails like Norma’s Negroni, Max’s Manhattan, and Betty’s Bellini evoke the era’s sophistication.
