Ms Sandy Liw, General Manager of InterContinental Khao Yai Resort, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andy Wisniewski as Wellness Specialist.

 Andy is a dynamic hospitality professional and holistic wellness advocate.  He is a certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in Hatha Yoga and holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management from the Cracow University of Economics in Poland.

The addition of this role enables the resort to further expand their health and wellness offerings, affirming their commitment to providing high quality, authentic well-being programmes for guests, with individual instruction and classes, benefitting from Andy’s extensive expertise and experience.

After moving to Asia in 2016, Andy has held various roles in Vietnam, The Maldives and Thailand and is thrilled to take up his new role in Khao Yai which is a perfect destination for complete immersion in spa and wellness programmes at an idyllic countryside retreat, away from hustle and bustle of city life.

Andy has already added additional lakeside yoga classes, bodyweight training sessions, a morning bike tour,  an Ayuverdic head massage class, nutrition classes and guided meditations to the resort’s extensive recreation programme.  He has also created a delicious health-conscious afternoon team menu which is served in the charming lakeside tea carriage.
