Gastronomic Extravaganza: Battle of the Wineries at Mosella

Mosella, Pan Pacific Orchard’s signature dining venue, will host the “Battle of the Wineries” dinner series from June 1-9, 2024. This event features a culinary showdown between two prestigious Italian wineries: Lvnae Bosoni from Liguria and ColleMassari from Tuscany. On June 5, 2024, representatives from both wineries will engage directly with guests, sharing insights and stories about their wines. The curated five-course menu, priced at $156++ per person, includes exquisite pairings such as Red Prawn Carabinero Carpaccio with Montecucco Rosato “Grottolo” DOC 2021 and Grilled Barramundi with Rosso Colli di Luni “Niccolo’ V” DOC 2016, promising an immersive gastronomic experience.

Mosella’s New Culinary Creations

Executive Chef Pedro Samper has refreshed Mosella’s menu, highlighting dishes that blend traditional Mediterranean flavours with global influences. New offerings include Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio in a citrus marinade, Artichoke with Spanish Iberico ham and Manchego cheese, and Spanish Paella with wild-caught prawns. Desserts, crafted by Pastry Chef Eunice Low, like the flambeed Cacao dessert and Mangosteen entremet, provide a delightful conclusion to the meal. Mosella’s three-course lunch is available for $48++ per person, with dinner priced at $88++ per person. The exclusive Saturday Brunch, featuring signature appetizers and Josper-grilled main courses, is priced at $108++ per adult, with an optional free-flow Champagne package for an additional $98++ per adult.

Scented Afternoon Tea Reverie in Collaboration with Maison de L’Asie

Running until the end of July, the Scented Afternoon Tea Reverie at Florette, in collaboration with Maison de L’Asie, offers a unique sensory journey through fragrance and pastries. Priced at $58++ per person, with an optional tea pairing for an additional $20++, this experience pairs distinct scents with pastries, creating a multi-sensory exploration of Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand’s cultures.

#ArtforGood: Food Art Dessert in Partnership with UOB Painting of the Year

Pan Pacific Orchard joins the #ArtforGood initiative with an edible art experience inspired by David Chan’s “The Grand History.” This vibrant dessert, available from June 17 to July 17 for $14++, combines chilli, popping candies, dried raspberries, and dark chocolate. A silent charity auction will feature Chan’s artwork, “Being Yellow,” with proceeds supporting ART: DIS Singapore. Guests can bid online or during their dining experience.

Commitment to Sustainability and Wellness

The hotel’s Happy Sleepers program offers suite and Pacific Club Room guests a selection of sleep-promoting amenities, including a pillow menu, guided meditation, and room scenting. Complimentary wellness programs like yoga on the lawn further enhance guest well-being.
