Kenes Group has reaffirmed its leadership and excellence in the meetings and events sector with an accolade in the Eventex Awards 2024 category of Agencies, becoming the only Professional Conference Organiser to receive such an award in this track.
The entry “Kenes Group: The Leading World-Class PCO”, received an outstanding score from the jury for its Concept, Creativity and Innovation, and Achievements and Results.
One of the juries, President 2018 SITE Global, President & CEO of Events In & Out Annamaria Ruffini highlighted the application of Artificial Intelligence in the organisation of Kenes Group top-tier, international congresses.
In the entry, Kenes Group CEO Ori Lahav emphasised the relevance of the global team in delivering excellence: “When companies speak capital, we speak about human capital and this is what we have, this is our meaning and the value we bring to the table.” Regarding the Gold Medal, Ori said: “We are beyond proud to receive this recognition, which is a result of six decades of experience in the field combined with a mindset of innovating; furthermore, this Award is a confirmation of our high standards and a motivation for Kenes to continue pioneering knowledge exchange”.
In the meantime, the Sustainability Dream Team at Kenes Group also received a Gold Medal, recognising the dedication of volunteers within the company who are supporting its Sustainability efforts. The 2023 Annual Meeting of the European Society for Peadiatric Infectious Diseases, was awarded a Silver Medal for the successful implementation of the waste management and carbon emissions measurement pilot project, and the in-house marketing agency of Kenes Group received its first-ever award, a Bronze Medal.
