Get ready to embark on a culinary and cocktail journey like no other as Alice Cheongdam teams up with Perrier® to present REFRESH, a unique 3-day event happening at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. From May 10th to 12th, guests are invited to indulge in an unforgettable experience at the recently transformed SKIRT steakhouse, curated by renowned mixologists from Alice Cheongdam, one of the World’s 50 Best Bars, and acclaimed SKIRT Chef de Cuisine Paul Chong.
The world’s famous sparkling water brand Perrier® is bringing once again its unique beverages in support of this event, showcasing two renowned mixologists from one of the World’s 50 Best Bars: Alice Cheongdam, from Seoul, Korea. With a remarkable 28th position on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 list, Alice Cheongdam displays its mastery of beverage with a star mixologist duo: Terry Kim (owner) and Leo Kim (Head Bartender). The concept of the bar, inspired by the classic Lewis Carroll tale, and the cocktails they craft will transport you to a wonderland all of their own. W Singapore – Sentosa Cove is delighted to partner with these two iconic beverage brands to bring the W brand passion point ‘Taste’ to life and offer guests an exhilarating and credible event.
The festivities will start on Friday, May 10th, when Terry Kim and Leo Kim from Alice Cheongdam will present a special cocktail menu accompanied by bite-sized dishes curated by Chef de Cuisine Paul Chong at SKIRT Terrace and Bar, with the picturesque backdrop of Sentosa Cove Marina. The meticulously crafted cocktail menu will feature various cocktails representing Alice Cheongdam mixology culture, with taste profiles designed to entice guests without overwhelming sweetness. Additionally, there will be non-alcoholic cocktail options and a selection of Soju offered by the bottle. Guests can also choose to order additional dishes from the à la carte menu. Cocktails will be priced starting from SGD 26++.
The event promises a unique dining experience where the bar and the kitchen share the same space, delivering carefully crafted experiences to guests. The cocktails by Alice team will perfectly complement the raw dishes such as Tartare, Ceviche, Sashimi, and Oysters, a perfect selection of dishes inside the bar to harmonize with the cocktails.
On the next day, WOOBAR will host live musical performances by the talented Charmaine Pelaez, starting from 7PM onwards on Saturday, May 11th. Charmaine Pelaez is a versatile vocalist with influences ranging from pop, rock, and country to electronic music, promising an unforgettable evening for all attendees. Adding to the ambience of the whole event journey, guests will have the opportunity to order delicious snacks from WOOBAR while Alice’s mixologists will serve more of their drinks creations on the night (drinks at SGD 26++).
But the culinary journey doesn’t end there. Guests can also experience a unique super brunch at the kitchen table on the last day of the event. The Wanderlust brunch menu on Sunday, May 12th will offer a wide variety of dishes, including artisanal cold cuts and cheese, BBQ, Asian delicacies, and made-to-order dishes. For dessert, guests will head to WOOBAR to enjoy an amazing sweet spread. Beverage offerings at brunch will feature a combination of spritzers with Perrier. This special brunch, which will happen on Mother’s Day is priced from SGD 158++.
And for those looking to unwind by the pool, WET Deck offers the perfect retreat after a lavish brunch treat. Guests can soak up the sun and enjoy the vibes of Rumshot percussionist from 3PM to 7PM.
