On Monday night, the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) hosted the 2024 Perth Airport Accommodation Awards for Excellence, honouring Western Australia’s most outstanding hotels and the hospitality talent behind them in their pursuit of excellence.

Three of the hotel’s Ladies and Gentlemen were recognised in talent categories including Food and Beverage Voyager (Management Trainee) Jamie Grove who was awarded Rising Star; Outlet Venue Manager which was awarded to Beverage and Bar Manager Marco Barsotti, and Emerging Female Leader which was awarded to Murphy Loh, Front of House Manager.

The AHA Perth Airport Accommodation Awards for Excellence are Western Australia’s most prestigious hospitality awards that recognise the exceptional achievements of WA’s leading accommodation and hotel venues and the relentless efforts and dedication of the individuals and teams who set the standards for excellence in the industry, and whose commitment to guest satisfaction and industry advancement is paramount.

“We are so proud to have won these awards and to be recognised by The Australian Hotels Association in these categories. Since we opened our doors in 2019 our exceptional Ladies and Gentlemen have embodied excellence in their standard of service – an achievement that they can stand proud of in an industry where commitment to guest satisfaction is so paramount. It is with great honour that I congratulate Jamie Grove, Marco Barsotti and Murphy Loh for their achievements,” said Dario Orsini, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth.
