It-chef Aggeliki Charami

Aggeliki is also known as “Agge” or “Angel” on social media, which is also the meaning of her Greek name. On her Instagram account, she shows her 11,500 followers new vegan creations and shares tips and recipes (e.g. for making sushi rice perfectly). In the captions she describes creating something new as “a unique way to get closer to the dream” and a mixture of “strong emotions” and the desire of “freezing the time”.

Vegan-vegetarian hotel on the Seiser Alm

The GreenPearlsⓇ Hotel Paradiso.Pure.Living is sustainably oriented and is the first hotel on the Alpe di Siusi to offer purely vegetarian-vegan cuisine. The menu concept has been revised with the new head chef. Guests can look forward to new dishes with a Mediterranean and Japanese touch. The fusion with local foods, such as South Tyrolean apples, which previously played a major role in the hotel’s Alpine cuisine, will also be exciting.

Paradiso.Pure.Living is avant-garde with ongoing art exhibitions and a focus on a sustainable and healthy lifestyle – the new head chef is a step towards taking your stay to a new level.
