The Hunter Valley’s newest premium accommodation, The Lane Retreat, is offering a complimentary 90-minute welcome cocktail party by the pool to any businesses and event organisers who book a corporate retreat with a minimum spend of $20,000 before May 31st.

Recently opened, The Lane Retreat offers a diverse range of indoor and outdoor venues for your next event, incentive, meeting or corporate getaway, all set within the grounds of Bimbadgen’s 50-year-old vineyards with panoramic views over the Broken Back Range or nearby Bimbadgen estate.

Developed by property and hospitality group Mulpha Australia, The Lane Retreat has been designed to provide a unique accommodation offering to complement the brand’s Palmer Lane wedding and events venue and the winery and restaurants at Bimbadgen’s home vineyard on McDonald Road.

Onsite activities include winery tours, wine and gin tasting, yoga and meditation and team building challenges.  Offsite activities include golf, spa day packages and scenic tours by helicopter or hot air balloon.

Located conveniently next door to The Lane Retreat, The Palmer’s Lane venue room promises a beautiful setting for any event overlooking the vineyards and natural bushland. It includes an indoor area which can be used as a flexible blank canvas, adaptable to your preferred layout, ensuring a tailored environment for exercises and workshops.  It can accommodate up to 130 pax for lunch and dinner and up to 170 pax for cocktails.  Delegates can also enjoy the charming outdoor gazebo for lunches and breakout sessions.

With seating for up to 90 pax, Bimbadgen’s Pizzeria, with its Tuscan style courtyard and vine-covered pergola is great for a casual wood-fired pizza lunch or dinner with a glass of wine or two, with views over the vineyards.

Delegates also have access to the Mulpha-owned Bimbadgen Wines and its sister property Emma’s Cottage Vineyard boutique winery nearby.   Bimbadgen wines is home to Esca Bimbadgen restaurant where simple, elegant food is carefully curated and expertly paired with the estate’s wines as well as other outstanding Hunter region wines.

The restaurant, with its panoramic view over the vineyards can seat up to 100 pax with the Terrace area seating up to 40 pax.  Also available for private bookings is the Cellar Door Private Dining room with a capacity of up to 20 pax.

Just a 5-minute drive away is Emma’s Cottage Vineyard, a boutique winery with a cellar door and ‘Wine Shed’ is perfect for private events seating up to 80 pax.

The recently opened The Lane Retreat offers 60 premium studio retreats with outdoor decks offering panoramic views of the Broken Back Range or Bimbadgen vineyards. Cocooned in comfort, guests will enjoy a rare combination of privacy, elevated touches, and connection to wine country.
