Spring officially arrives on Tuesday, March 19th, and with it comes the desire for lighter, more refreshing drinks! I’m excited to share some unique recipe ideas featuring Amante 1530 amaro, perfect for crafting delicious spring cocktails.

Amante 1530, with its aromas of Italian citrus, ginger, and honeysuckle, is ideal for springtime cocktails. We’ve developed several delightful recipes that showcase its versatility, ideal for brunches, afternoon gatherings, or simply enjoying the sunshine:

  • The Amante Spritz: Amante 1530, Prosecco, soda water, and Amalfi lemon wedge
  • The Moonraker: Gin, Amante 1530, lemon juice, green tea simple syrup, and cucumber
  • Palombo: Reposado tequila, Amante 1530, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water, and lemon wheel garnish
  • Campi Cooler: Amante 1530, dry vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, balsamic vinegar, angostura bitters, and soda water

Gently combine over ice in a large wine glass:

  • 2 parts Amante 1530
  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • 1 part high-quality soda water
  • 1 squeeze of an Amalfi lemon wedge

  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz Amante 1530
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz green tea simple syrup
  • (3) ¼ cucumber rounds

  • 3 oz soda water
