The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach has announced the appointment of Travis Ma as Sales Manager. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing and leading wholesale and corporate travel growth strategies in these key segments for Hawai‘i’s only Ritz-Carlton Residences and also the largest in the brand’s global portfolio.

Ma first joined The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach in 2019 in the resort’s Reservations team and was promoted to Rooms Controller, where he managed an inventory of more than 300 rooms in the resort’s unique residential resort program. Following this, he joined Expedia Group where he served as Associate Market Manager and managed a portfolio of hotels and resorts across the Hawaiian Islands with a combined annual room revenue of more than $25 million. Born and raised on the Island of O‘ahu, Ma has six years of hospitality and travel industry experience.
