Prepare to bust ghosts in style as Shangri-La Sydney launches a limited-time
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire inspired High Tea at The Lobby Lounge, from March 16th to April 7th, 2024.
Allow the icy transformation to enchant your senses as you embark on a ghostly gastronomy adventure, savouring a trio of tiers brimming with supernatural sweets and savoury treats, all inspired by the eagerly awaited movie release.
Imagine classic NYC cheeseburgers on brioche buns and crispy bagels adorned with house-smoked salmon, paying homage to the vibrant flavours of the city that never sleeps.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a spooky soiree without Shangri-La’s signature scones and clotted cream, plus New York cheesecake, apple pie macarons, and other Big Apple delicacies.
Adults can indulge in an enticing array of cocktails, including the refreshing zest of a ‘Slimer Sour’ or brave ‘The Death Chill’ cocktail—a bold fusion of tequila, coconut, and lemon that promises a spinetingling chill, while kids can delight in their own selection of delicious, specially crafted milkshakes.
“As a timeless favourite among families and enthusiasts, the latest Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire has inspired the Shangri-La Sydney culinary team to create a one-of-a-kind, sweet and spooky adventure for our guests,” said Sagar Pore, Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Sydney.
