Cart noodles are an iconic dai pai dong experience where diners can customise everything in their bowls, including noodles, flavourful soup bases and toppings for a satisfying meal as part of their buffet experience. The fillings offer on a daily rotation basis include stuffed beancurd, pig jelly, beef tendons, curry fishballs, pork knuckle, wontons as well as pork belly, young lobster or fish maw and more. Alongside different types of noodles, soup bases and condiments, there are over 30 combinations available for diners to try all at once.
Guests can look forward to an array of their favourite mouthwatering Chinese entrees and Indian dishes. Salad and dessert selections are available on weekday dinner and weekends. On weekend dinners, there are grilled meat options available.
Meanwhile, during weekends, diners coming in from shopping or a hike from the nearby mountains can relax over the weekend tea which offers brings an urban Hong Kong café to life. In addition to cart noodles, a full dai pai dong style menu is on offer on a daily rotation basis from dim sum favourites such as siu mai and har gow, to snacks such as fried chicken leg, deep fried fish with tartar sauce, fried wontons in sweet and sour and a crowd-pleasing Hong Kong-style French toast.
