Jiang-Nan Chun Set Menus | From SGD 198 per person

Featuring authentic classical Cantonese cuisine, celebrate amidst the idyllic ambience of the award-winning Jiang-Nan Chun and dine on auspicious lunch and dinner set menus crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Alec Khoo.

Toss to good health and prosperity with Chef’s signature Prosperity Yu Sheng, bursting with fresh ocean flavours of Lobster, Abalone, Smoked Salmon and Organic Ice Plants, complemented by hand-shredded root vegetables and house-made dressing of plum sauce and pineapple paste.

Inspired by traditional flavours and presenting a taste of home, Chef Khoo’s menu offerings delicately balances the best of the land and sea all at once for an indulgent umami gourmet experience.

Other highlights include the Crispy Crabmeat Spring Roll with Honey-Glazed Pork Pluma, Braised Six-Head Abalone with Dried Oyster and Black Moss, as well as Chef’s signature Spiny Lobster with Superior Broth, among others.

Lunar celebration menus, both à la carte and set menus are now open for reservations. A splendid six-course Vegetarian Celebration Menu is also available at SGD 158 per person.
