Each spacious and individually designed suite has been thoughtfully designed as a comfortable ‘home away from home’ and a floating gallery, showcasing unique local artworks, textiles, and artisan handicrafts to reflect the unique flavour and culture of the destination.

Once onboard, guests can dine together in elegant restaurants, enjoy a customised barbecue on the alfresco sundeck, host a sunset cocktail party, or start the day together with a sunrise yoga class.

“Private charters sailings are the perfect way to experience the small ship difference, including personalised service with dedicated staff who quickly know everybody’s name – something that’s just not possible on larger vessels,” said Andreas Schroetter, Director of Sales and Marketing for Heritage Line. “We invite travellers to slow down and sail in supreme comfort, enjoying an unforgettable sense of tranquillity and togetherness.”

In iconic Halong Bay, famed for its floating fishing village, ancient caves, pearl farm and magical ‘blue hour’, exquisite Heritage Line VIOLET, the company’s most petite vessel, can be chartered for two or three-day sailings for a maximum of 12 guests staying in six suites featuring French-Indochinese décor including exotic dark timbers, rich silks and painted ceilings, as well as oversized bathrooms and private balconies made for leisurely mornings or laidback afternoons.

Despite her intimate size, there is still plenty to do on board, including spa treatments and steam baths, reading in the library lounge or on a roof deck sunbed, dining in the cosy restaurant, fishing, or sipping cocktails in the sophisticated bar.

For cruises booked by 31 January 2024 to sail on Heritage Line VIOLET between May and September during 2024 or 2025, charter prices start from USD3200 per night*.

In fascinating Lan Ha Bay, Heritage Line GINGER offers two options with two or three day or itineraries for up to 24 guests staying in 12 expansive suites, again with private balconies.

Famed for its spectacular scenery, jade-green water, labyrinth of islets and hidden beaches, highlights of any cruise on Lan Ha Bay include kayaking on, or cycling around jungle-clad Cat Ba Island – a designated biosphere reserve home to deer, monkeys, 78 bird species and more than 1500 types of plants.

Renowned for her focus on culinary delights, Heritage Line GINGER features a glass-walled restaurant and a new open kitchen with live cooking stations, transforming every meal into a visual feast.

Activities on board include Tai Chi on the open-air terrace, cooking class, taking in the scenery from the pool with jacuzzi jets, or squid fishing with the crew after dark – then watching the chef prepare your catch for a late-night supper.

For cruises booked by 31 January 2024 to sail on Heritage Line GINGER between May and September during 2024 or 2025, private charter prices in Lan Ha Bay start from USD6200 per night*.
