Grenada’s Mount Cinnamon Resort and Beach Club will now be represented in the United Kingdom by Essential Detail, an established and respected UK-based Hotel Representation company with a portfolio of world-renowned Caribbean properties. General Manager, Diannethea Bain has tasked Essential Details’ Managing Director, Tracey Dyson with expanding awareness and business from the UK and Irish markets.
There are several exciting developments planned for the resort in 2023 and 2024, including hosting Grenada’s first international sustainable seafood festival in December 2023 called Grenada Sea Spice, as well as continuing its work with the West Indies School of Hospitality (WISH), which, the resort’s owner, Barry Collymore is a co-founder of. Through the school’s partnership with eCornell University and The Culinary Institute of America, WISH delivers a comprehensive curriculum of over 1,000 lessons via its On Demand platform to create learning paths for Caribbean people in the Hospitality and Service Industries for a more empowered, confident, and efficient workforce, and in turn a more competitive Caribbean destination.
