Formula One fans are invited to take in the thrill of Turn 15 as they luxuriate in the bar’s newly-refurbished space, while embarking on a three-day culinary adventure that evolves with each night.
Each race evening from 7pm to 10pm, guests can choose a special package and indulge to their heart’s content, or instead simply toast to the spectacle with a glass of premium Ruinart Champagne at MO BAR ($90++). An expansive 75” LED screen will broadcast the race live, while a band takes centre-stage to perform a set of greatest hits after each evening’s event.

MO BAR promises unlimited pours of Ruinart ‘R’ de Ruinart Brut Champagne, signature cocktails, wine and beer, while the hotel’s stellar culinary team serves an array of delectable race snacks. Expect to savour exquisite Boston Lobster Rolls with Truffle and fiery Tandoor Wraps, before digging into local specials such as the Pizza Singapura and the ever-comforting Honey Spiced Chicken Wings and Cheese Fries. Much like the first evening, guests can continue the party enjoying unlimited Ruinart Champagne, signature cocktails, wine and beer. Delectable bites for the evening include selections from the previous day, with the addition of Truffle Cheese Naans, Chocolate Tart and Lemon Ricotta Cake.
For Day 3: The Race ($628pp)

The weekend comes to a crescendo on Sunday with the official race. To fully embrace the electrifying spirit of Formula One, MO BAR pulls out all the stops to immerse party-goers in a culinary extravaganza for guests soaking in the live, unobstructed action of Turn 15. Besides popping unlimited bottles of Ruinart Champagne, wines, beers and shaking up signature cocktails, the team will delight guests with a triumphant Seafood Tower, lined with plump lobster, prawns and the freshest oysters. The regular roster of unlimited Boston Lobster Rolls with Truffle, Tandoor Wraps, Pizza Singapura, Honey Spiced Chicken Wings and Cheese Fries are also available, but with the addition of an Earl Grey Mille-Feuille, Purple Velvet Blueberry Cake and Chocolate Royaltine, for one-night-only.
