Intrepid Travel welcomes virtual sales specialist, Brianna Pick, to help support agents selling Intrepid trips via video consultations.
The new role is designed to provide new and experienced agents with one-on-one product and destination support or access to an Intrepid expert during live consultations with clients.
Intrepid Travel’s General Manager Sales & Partnerships ANZ, Yvette Thompson, recognises the importance of providing additional support to all agents, saying: “We know there are many agents who are new to travel and Intrepid’s product, but there have been some big changes to the industry in recent years, meaning even experienced agents will benefit from a refresher or extra assistance from Brianna”.
Brianna’s expert knowledge comes from exploring all seven continents and 24 countries and counting. She shares her excitement for the new role, saying: “I love that I have the opportunity to support agents and their clients in a whole new way. Whether it’s before, during or after their consultation, they get the support they need, when they need it. Plus, consulting on a video call means we can give their customer an even better experience.”
Agents can book a 30-minute calendar appointment with Brianna via the Agent Hub for before, during or after client consultations. Not only can agents save time during the client consultation process by having an Intrepid sales specialist on call, they can also learn from an expert while looking like an expert themselves and provide their clients with a VIP experience to remember.
