Captain Cook Cruises Fiji, a renowned name in the cruising industry, is proud to announce the arrival of MS Caledonian Sky, marking a new chapter in small ship luxury expedition cruising in Fiji. This state-of-the-art vessel will replace MV Reef Endeavour and introduce a range of unprecedented high-end cruise experiences, setting a new standard in the region.
Scheduled to commence its voyages from November 11, 2023, departing from Nadi, MS Caledonian Sky will redefine the cruising experience in Fiji. Building upon the success of Reef Endeavour’s pioneering itineraries, this new vessel will offer refined onboard accommodation and hospitality and unveil a unique and captivating product offering. Extending its itineraries to the remote and breathtaking landscapes of Fiji, Tonga, and Samoa, the MS Caledonian Sky promises to transport guests to uncharted territories of natural beauty.
With rates starting from $3,297* per person for the three-night itinerary and $7,693* per person for the seven-night cruises, the MS Caledonian Sky caters to the discerning traveller seeking thrilling adventures. Crafted with boutique comfort in mind, this small and maneuverable ship will unlock corners of the Pacific that larger vessels cannot access. Accommodating 114 passengers across 57 spacious ocean-view suites, the ship ensures an intimate and exclusive experience for all guests. Every detail has been meticulously designed to provide unparalleled comfort, from the luxury of private balconies to elegant suites, alfresco dining options, and an expansive sky deck.
Captain Cook Cruises Fiji has established itself as an expert in Fiji cruising, delivering exceptional experiences to its passengers. MV Reef Endeavour will continue operating its current itineraries, including the famous three, four, and seven-night Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands Cruises, the seven-night Remote North Cruise, and the seven or eleven-night Lau and Kadavu Cruises, until November this year. This presents a ‘last chance’ opportunity for passengers to embark on a memorable journey before Reef Endeavour departs Fiji.
Building on their pioneering success in small ship expedition experiences, Captain Cook Cruises Fiji will extend the service of MS Caledonian Sky on existing itineraries until March 31, 2024. Starting from April 1, 2024, these itineraries will be complemented by additional seven-night Northern Lau and Southern Lau journeys and 14-night voyages exploring the wonders of Lau, Tonga, and Samoa. To enhance the expedition experience, the onboard team will be expanded to include marine biologists, cultural experts, and a fleet of 10 Zodiacs.
Excited about the arrival of MS Caledonian Sky, Captain Cook Cruises Fiji’s Executive Chairman, Allison Haworth West, expressed her enthusiasm for the vessel’s premium small ship expedition cruising experience. She said, “The arrival of MS Caledonian Sky will see an expansion in our small ship expedition cruise programs and allow us to share more exquisite and remote locations with our guests, who’ll travel in elegant comfort.”
