Intrepid Travel, the B Corp-certified leader in responsible travel, has announced the appointment of Charlie Riewoldt as its Key Partnerships Manager, where he will be responsible for strengthening partnerships and driving sales through the tour company’s partners across Australia.
Having previously worked at Intrepid for four years, Charlie rejoins the company following a year in the USA. He brings extensive knowledge of the Australian travel industry, along with a wealth of expertise and established relationships.
Yvette Thompson, Intrepid Travel’s General Manager of Sales & Partnerships ANZ, said, “We are thrilled to have Charlie back in the team as our Key Partnerships Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, and I know that his agents will be just as excited to hear he is back to support them”.
Riewoldt started his journey with Intrepid Travel in 2016 as a Sales Consultant before moving to a Business Development Manager position. In his new role, Charlie will be based in Intrepid’s Melbourne office and travel frequently to regional centres.
An enthusiastic traveller himself, Riewoldt says, “It’s great to be back doing what I love, where I love, and the timing couldn’t be better – it’s really exciting to see the growing demand for purpose-led travel.”
Intrepid Travel is delighted to announce this appointment as part of its continuous growth of its ANZ team, to deliver the best experiences to agents and customers.
