Nestled within the breathtaking Nabatean Horizon District of the Journey Through Time (JTT) master plan, this exquisite property is poised to become a symbol of harmony between luxury and nature.

Scheduled to open its doors in 2027, AZULIK AlUla Resort will encompass an exclusive collection of 76 luxurious villas, each designed to immerse guests in opulence while respecting the surrounding environment. This visionary development, conceived in alignment with the Sustainability Charter for AlUla, Saudi Green Initiative, and Vision 2030, exemplifies the region’s commitment to preserving its natural heritage.

Drawing inspiration from the captivating ecosystem and the majestic sandstone cliffs, the resort’s architectural marvels will feature undulating exteriors constructed using sustainable materials and natural woven fibers. This integration of organic elements seamlessly blends the resort with its awe-inspiring surroundings, creating an unparalleled sense of serenity.

AZULIK AlUla Resort’s dedication to preserving AlUla’s rich heritage and ecological diversity is evident throughout its design. The development will safeguard and incorporate nearby ancient rock art inscriptions, paying homage to the region’s historical significance. Additionally, the resort will utilize an ingenious system that harnesses existing waterways for irrigation, ensuring minimal environmental impact and protecting against floods.

To provide an unparalleled guest experience, AZULIK AlUla Resort will ban private vehicle traffic within its premises. Instead, an innovative all-electric mobility system will be offered, along with designated horse and camel routes and hiking trails, inviting visitors to explore the magnificent landscapes at their own pace. The resort’s establishment will also bring significant socioeconomic benefits to the AlUla community. With an estimated creation of over 300 new jobs, AZULIK AlUla Resort will contribute to the region’s economic growth and foster local employment opportunities. The resort will procure most operational supplies from AlUla and the wider Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support regional economic development.
