The shorter, 12-night ‘On to Antarctica’ package from Cruise Traveller begins on January 29, 2024, with an included flight from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne (surcharge from other cities) to Buenos Aires for a night’s stay, and then on to Ushuaia near the bottom of Argentina for another night before guests board G Expedition for a nine-night return cruise from Ushuaia to the Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetlands Islands where pristine worlds of immense scale and visual splendour will unfold as well as countless penguins, seals, whales and seabirds.

The longer, 21-night ‘At Earth’s End and On to Antarctica’ package begins earlier on January 20, 2024, with the included flight from Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne (surcharge from other cities) to Buenos Aires for a night’s stay, and then on to the Patagonian gateway of El Calafate in southern Argentina for a guided, nine-night, small-group tour showcasing the natural wonders of Patagonia. Included in the tour are the renowned and majestic sights of the huge Perito Moreno Glacier and the dramatic mountain and lake scenery of Las Torres and Torres del Paine National Park, with guided treks also featured for an immersive encounter with some of nature’s most astonishing work.
The tour ends in Ushuaia for a night’s stay before guests board G Expedition for the nine-night return cruise to Antarctica and then a night in Buenos Aires before the flight back to Australia.
