Business TravellersAustralia’s largest short term holiday rental company Alloggio is targeting a new corporate segment for short term rental accommodation as domestic corporate travel takes off again.

Alloggio today launched a new ‘Studio-Hotel’ to target corporate and leisure travellers after two difficult years for corporate accommodation.

“We are very pleased to offer an experience that walks between a hotel and residential experience to offer a studio-hotel on Sydney’s inner city fringe”, said founder and managing director Will Creedon.”

The newest offering, ‘A Linha’ is a boutique complex of just 10 Studio apartments over four levels that delivers the luxe mod cons of a hotel with the vibe of a high end inner-city studio.

Located in vibrant Petersham, a character-rich pocket in Sydney’s inner West, the 10 studios provide spacious layouts with shared lounge and outdoor dining and gardens. Studio rooms range from two deluxe ‘penthouse-vibe’ queen studio to six spacious superior studios to two standard studios with a communal courtyard.

Purpose built over the last 12 months with contemporary interiors, high end appliances and intelligent design in mind, the common areas provide shared living, dining and garden areas all with access to high speed WiFi.

“We provide a more personal residential setting when guests do need to be on the road,” Mr Creedon said.

“In addition to the standard features of a comfortable working space with kitchenette, air conditioning, balcony or courtyards for fresh air and no-contact check in, guests enjoy privacy and work-from-home productivity yet can also bring the whole family to enjoy a mini vacay and explore the local restaurants, cafes and sights close by.” Mr Creedon said.

Its excellent location just an easy two min walk to the local train, only 6 km to central station and 8km to the airport allows travellers to ease back into corporate travel.

Alloggio plans to inject much-needed dollars back into the corporate travel sector with the launch of ‘A Linha’.

With the launch of ‘A Linha’, plus the Coogee studio apartment in Sydney’s coveted Eastern beaches, the reach of Alloggio short term rental accommodation now extends into a compelling corporate travel option. Plans to expand across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane drives the call for more listings.

“We call on all building owners to reach out and discuss rental opportunities, whether it be a hotel, motel, boutique accommodation building or single home.” Mr Creedon said.
