Aquaporin and E.&J. Gallo embarked on this collaboration journey in 2021, starting with an application test, a pilot trial and now a collaboration agreement. The intent of the Joint Development Agreement is to achieve commercialization of innovative products that will positively impact the wine industry, making it more sustainable by utilizing innovative concentration methods.
