On the heels of their renovations, guests will be swept away in a Winter Wonderland with world class amenities, decadent meals and spectacular scenes in areas including the stylish and sophisticated Peacock Alley lounge, the secluded light-filled Solarium and at OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award Winner, Brassica, as well as the Waldorf Astoria Spa with holiday enhanced treatments sprinkled in. Carolers and music will be happening in the lobby on the evenings of December 17-24, 2022.
Setting the table for seasonal holiday offerings, welcoming and refined Brassica is offering their pre-fix menu of a classic 3-course Christmas Eve dinner with reserved seating. An enchanting and festive culinary menu featuring options such as Coffee Crusted Roasted Lamb Filet, seared Halibut, or Creamy Rice Risotto will be available.
In addition, a whimsical and warm world of a special Afternoon Tea is available to guests. This most loved traditional tea with a Southern hospitality twist will be available on Fridays at 1PM & 3PM, Saturdays & Sundays at 11AM, 1PM, and a specially added 3PM option. The menu will feature savory Caviar and Cucumber Belini sandwiches and Gingerbread Macaron sweets for a limited time, alongside a glass of champagne.
Over in the new and notable Spa, Signature Collection menu picks like the Forest Therapy treatment delight. Inspired by shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, this treatment features specialized herbal poultice and the use of anti-inflammatory Georgian herbs, like St. John’s wort, rosemary and mint. The treatment incorporates heat and pressure to eliminate toxins from modern stress, as well as a UV lamp to provide guests with the benefits of true daylight. Waldorf Astoria Spa has also expanded its bath offerings with a new Illuminating Diamond Bath treatment, featuring a sparkling diamond Knesko face mask and bioluminescent bath bombs, that guests can enjoy at the spa or in the comfort of their own rooms.
Looking ahead, ring in the New Year with an enchanted black-tie evening at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. Guests can indulge themselves with a luxurious 5-course dinner with pairings at Brassica at 8:30PM followed by an evening of entertainment from the Tommy W. Swing Band and unlimited Telmont champagne.
