Do you remember the first time you read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl? How about the movie version that opened your imagination to the world of chocolates? Let’s bring back those great childhood memories with a golden ticket from Studio M. The hotel has partnered renowned confectionery Chef Janice Wong to present you with the Chocolate Temptation Staycation package (from $240++/night).
Together with two-time Asia’s Best Pastry Chef winner and architect of the 2am: dessertbar
restaurant chain, Janice Wong, Studio M has designed a chocolate bar-making workshop where
guests will enter a magical chocolate wonderland and be guided through the transformation from
“bean to bar” in a special decorated loft. For this 60-minute workshop, guests will learn the secrets
of chocolate bar making – from roasting, winnowing, grinding to conching. Guests will also get to create their own chocolate profiles by taking reference from Janice Wong’s secret chocolate recipes and choosing the types and volumes of sugar and dairy products used. For adventurous tasters, you are welcome to taste the cocoa nibs during the workshop.
Get Creative with Resin Pouring
For creative souls, you are in for a treat! Let your imagination guide your hands to create unique
artwork. In collaboration with Resin Play, a 10-year experienced resin school, Studio M will be hosting a resin workshop for in-house guests.

The Resin Play package (from $185++) includes all the materials you require to mould your own
coaster, guided by our in-house specialist in an open and relaxed setting by the hotel pool. You and
your partner will enjoy this imaginative experience together and you will each bring home a mementoto remember this staycation for years to come.
