Captain Cook Cruises says head to the great outdoors and celebrate Australia Day 2022, with a cool Sydney Harbour sea breeze on your face.

Headlining the daytime program on Sydney Harbour is the ever-popular Ferrython at 10.45am. At 11.30am the official Salute to Australia begins which includes an RAAF Fast Jet Flypast and handling display. The Sydney Harbour Parade commences at 12.45pm with a flotilla of brightly decorated vessels, and at 1.00pm the Tall Ships do battle for the 2022 race trophy. From 1.30pm all the action of the 186th Australia Day Regatta commences.
The Australia Day Lunch cruise departs at 10.30am for four hours of action on the Harbour. There is a choice of three dining decks, each with covered outdoor viewing areas, and a massive open deck on the top of the vessel, for a shorter adventure, pack the family and bring your own Aussie snack pack for a 2-hour Ferrython Cruise at 10.20am, taking in both the Ferrython and Australia Day Salute, or the 12.50pm Australia Day Parade Cruise including the Tall Ships Race.
Australia Day Live at Circular Quay is televised across the nation from 7.30pm on the ABC.
Be part of the action onboard MV Sydney 2000, an official participating vessel in the Harbour Lit Vessels Parade with viewing for the Live on-water action including jet skis, fly boarders, a parachute display, and the spectacular finale of light and fireworks.
The Australia Day Dinner cruise on MV Sydney 2000 departs at 6.30pm, returning after the finale at approximately 10.00pm.
All cruises depart from No.1 King St Wharf, Darling Harbour, with special parking rates available at nearby Wilson Parking stations for Captain Cook Cruises’ guests.
