The hotel welcomes guests to discover exciting new experiences, including its Save Water Drink Cocktails and Explore the Neighborhood packages while inviting them to a grand New Year’s Eve celebration and White Party at Wander Rooftop.
New Executive Chef Appointment
Canopy by Hilton Cancun La Isla is delighted to welcome Daniel Franco to their team of enthusiasts as their new Lead Culinary Enthusiast and Executive Chef. Daniel has over 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality, having previously worked at Hyatt Ziva Cancun, One & Only Palmilla Resort in Baja, Maroma, A Belmond Hotel in the Riviera Maya, and Palmaïa, The House of AïA in Playa del Carmen. He has held of a multitude of kitchen positions, before joining Canopy by Hilton Cancun La Isla to lead its culinary programming across the hotel.

Seasonal Packages
Guests can experience the city of Cancun this winter with Canopy by Hilton Cancun La Isla’s newest packages, which also provide ideal ways for friends and families to travel together and escape the cold. The Explore the Neighborhood package provides access to many different attractions Cancun has to offer, including the adjacent “El Sol de Cancun” Ferris Wheel, nearby Tequila Museum and the chocolate factory, and Ripley’s Mirror Maze. The package also includes perks at Casino Macao, including an MXN $500 (approximately $25) match & play credit with equivalent purchase, a 10% discount on food and drinks, and a welcome drink.
The hotel’s “Save Water Drink Cocktails” package invites guests to discover its range of culinary offerings. As part of the offering, guests will enjoy the hotel’s Artisanal Canopy Breakfast and dinner at Azulinda Café & Bar, alongside a Canopy Open Bar from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at its Energizing Wander Rooftop.
New Year’s Eve Celebration
Canopy by Hilton Cancun La Isla welcomes guests to Wander Rooftop this New Year’s Eve for an exclusive White Party themed celebration. As guests and locals ring in 2022, they will enjoy a multitude of food and beverage offerings, including an open bar, a raw bar with accoutrements, raclette station pairing the cheese with an array of meats, dessert station, candy bar, and much more. In New Year’s tradition, a grape tree will also be on display to help celebrate the final countdown.
Alongside the abundant food and beverage offerings, there will be a DJ and plenty of live happenings throughout the night. Guests can also book their own VIP table on Wander Rooftop’s Panoramic Corner with the purchase of two or more bottles of alcohol from its special menu.
The celebration is open to adults and kids, with early booking pricing through November 30, 2021, starting at MXN $3,000 (approximately $145) per adult, plus tax and service charge. Kids under 12 pay half price.
