Expanding on its existing portfolio of smart PV, off-grid, and energy storage solutions, tech giant Huawei has introduced its portable power station/solar generator solution to the Australian market. iSitePower-M mini is a lithium power station that comes in two sizes — 500Wh and 1000Wh — both of which can power up to eight devices simultaneously.
Australian culture revolves around recreation and the great outdoors. In terms of camping, caravanning, or even 4WDing, portable lithium power stations are growing in popularity. Unlike traditional generators which can be noisy, costly, and harmful to the environment, lithium power stations provide a reliable power supply without the off-putting noise and emissions. Recognizing this gap in the market, Huawei has launched the iSitePower-M mini, an innovative series of portable green power stations capable of providing uninterrupted power for outdoor living, working, and even during blackouts.
The iSitePower-M mini Power Station is available in two models: iSitePower-M mini500, with 500Wh capacity and 300-watt output, and iSitePower-M mini1000, with 1000Wh capacity and 700-watt output. Both options incorporate a sine wave inverter which ensures stable output and ensures no damage to electrical appliances.
So what makes this solution stand out from the crowd? That would be its fast-charging, multi-device, plug-and-play interfaces. Equipped with AC, DC, car charger, USB, and Type-C output, this portable power station is compatible with the power requirements of household appliances, office equipment and professional equipment, and can charge up to eight devices simultaneously.

In terms of charging, the iSitePower-M mini supports four charging modes: solar, vehicle, grid, and Type-C, boosting the charging time. It can also be charged while discharging, meaning power can be supplied to electrical appliances without waiting.

To ensure a safe and durable power supply, the solution is designed with six safety protection features and has passed four safety tests. Huawei has also completed nine quality inspections to guarantee the consistency of the product.

On top of its functionality and consistent with the company’s customer-centric values, iSitePower-M mini has been designed to deliver an optimized user experience. Its fanless and dustproof construction minimizes operational noise and maintenance costs while maximizing efficiency and lifespan. The product is also lightweight and easy to carry. According to Keer Cui, Solutions Director for Huawei Australia’s digital power business, the iSitePower-M mini500 is one of the smallest and lightest portable rechargeable lithium batteries on the market, weighing only 5.4kg.
“We are confident that the iSitePower-M series can provide an efficient and reliable stream of power to those who enjoy an outdoor lifestyle or are seeking reliable blackout protection.” Says Keer.
