The walking initiative, running from 6 – 31 October 2020, celebrates health and wellbeing within the Australia and New Zealand travel industry. Walk for Wellness utilises a free mobile phone app and encourages travel partners to get active and track their steps, while journeying around an interactive map of the world, reaching virtual global landmarks and completing fun weekly challenges, all alongside travel industry friends.
So far:
Over 500 Travel Partners: onboard to date, less than a week after registrations went live
Just 2 hours: taken for the first 100 Travel Partners to register and claim their “Walk for Wellness” T-shirt
40 NCL team members: have joined their valued Travel Partners in the challenge
200 T-shirts: being gifted – double the planned amount due to overwhelming early registration numbers
6 October: Start date for the 4-week challenge
