Chef Tam’s Seasons, the signature Cantonese restaurant at Wynn Palace, once again ranks among The 50 Best Restaurants 2026, taking the No.73 spot on the No.51-100 list and remaining the only restaurant in Macao to make the prestigious ranking.

The 50 Best Restaurants is one of the most closely watched annual rankings in the global culinary industry, voted for by an Academy of more than 1,100 international restaurant industry experts. On November 4, ahead of the awards ceremony in Lima, Peru, The 50 Best Restaurants unveiled its 2026 list of restaurants ranked from No.51 to No.100.

This year’s 51-100 list features leading restaurants 25 countries and territories and 36 cities across six continents, with only 17 entries from Asia. Chef Tam’s Seasons’ No.73 ranking underscores the restaurant’s culinary excellence and growing international recognition, while further cementing Macao’s place on the global culinary map.

Chef Tam’s Seasons also ranked No.7 in The 50 Best Restaurants Asia 2026, announced in March, marking the third consecutive year that it has been the only restaurant from Macao to make the list. These two prestigious international accolades further affirm Wynn’s culinary excellence and reflect its long-standing commitment to creating world-class dining experiences, while showcasing the distinctive appeal of Macao as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy to the world.

Located at Wynn Palace and helmed by acclaimed Cantonese master chef Tam Kwok Fung, Chef Tam’s Seasons draws inspiration from the 24 solar terms of traditional Chinese wisdom, embracing the rhythms of the seasons in its contemporary interpretation of Cantonese cuisine. Chef Tam showcases the finest seasonal ingredients through a thoughtful balance of flavors and modern culinary techniques, bringing fresh expression to the time-honored philosophy of dining in harmony with the seasons. Since opening, the restaurant has received numerous accolades, including its recognition by The 50 Best Restaurants Asia, two MICHELIN stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau, and a Two-Diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide.
