Korean Air achieved the highest placement across three categories at the 2026 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, securing top honors for Best Business & First Class, Best Inflight Food, and Best Cabin Crew.
The annual awards highlight excellence across various travel sectors. Nominees are chosen by a panel of experts before going public for voting by USA Today readers. This marks the first time Korean Air has secured the top position across all three of these primary airline categories.

Recognized for Best Business & First Class, Korean Air has upgraded its premium cabin hardware and amenities. The airline’s Prestige (Business) Class features the Prestige Suites 2.0, offering 180-degree lie-flat seats and upgraded inflight entertainment systems. In First Class, passengers receive loungewear and bedding developed in partnership with luxury brands. High-end amenity kits are provided across both premium cabins.
Earning top recognition for Best Inflight Food, the airline has updated its premium dining to feature multi-course meals and a curated selection of beverages and wines. Across its network, Korean Air offers modernized interpretations of traditional Korean cuisine, supplemented by a pre-order meal service and a diversified selection of snacks on long-haul economy flights.
Awarded Best Cabin Crew, the airline provides consistent service across all cabin classes. Ahead of its upcoming integration in December, Korean Air has reviewed its cabin services and standardized its safety training protocols. The airline plans to maintain its service standards post-integration through systematized crew training programs.
