For Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, Food Capital presents celebratory buffets featuring Irish oysters, snow crab legs, mini baby lobsters and half a Boston lobster per guest. Other highlights include Australian Beef Prime Ribs, Traditional Roasted Turkey, Whole Gammon Ham and Lobster Bisque, alongside Singapore Chilli Crab and Roasted Tandoori Turkey.
End the feast with festive Yule Logs, Christmas puddings and Nitrogen Raspberry Meringue.

For a more intimate celebration, Riverside Terrace sets the scene for a romantic Christmas Eve dinner beneath the stars, with the gentle charm of the Singapore River as its backdrop.
Couples can savour a specially curated four-course menu beginning with Smoked Duck Terrine or Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio, followed by a choice of Butternut Pumpkin Soup or Lobster Bisque. Main courses include Slow-Roasted Turkey or Salmon Confit, before a decadent finale of Mini Bûche de Noël Guanaja, featuring rich 70% chocolate crémeux and winter berries.
