IGNIV Bangkok, the one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok, welcomes the holiday season with limited-time sharing menus created by Head Chef Dominik Falk. Bringing together the restaurant’s Swiss roots, modern European cuisine and signature spirit of sharing, the menus offer a festive setting for gathering with family and friends over Christmas and welcoming the arrival of 2027.
From December 21–26, the five-course Festive Menu brings seasonal ingredients and festive flavors to IGNIV’s sharing experience. Highlights include Oyster–Ponzu–Lardo–Horseradish, featuring an oyster poached in its shell and served with ponzu vinaigrette, lardo and fresh horseradish; and Truffle–Chestnut–Mulberry, combining brown butter chestnut cream and mulberry wrapped in black truffle and finished with crisp kadaifi. Loup de Mer, sourced from northern France and prepared with crisp, golden-brown skin, also features on the menu, alongside ingredients including caviar and scallops.
On December 31, IGNIV Bangkok marks the final evening of the year with a five-course New Year’s Eve Menu created for sharing, accompanied by a chilled glass of Dom Pérignon 2017 Champagne for a celebratory toast to 2027. Chef Dominik revisits some of his favorite oyster preparations to begin the evening, followed by dishes showcasing ingredients including Otoro, foie gras, wagyu beef and oysters. Among the highlights are Wagyu prepared shabu-shabu style and Otoro–Foie Gras, bringing the two rich ingredients together with cucumber and daikon.
IGNIV’s signature sharing style brings a sense of discovery and surprise to the festive season, with unexpected combinations and playful touches revealed throughout the experience. The celebration ends on a sweet note with the IGNIV Signature Candy Store, featuring house-made chocolates and confectionery to take home.
