Nordic travel specialist 50 Degrees North has wrapped its 2026 Nordic Roadshow in Australia, with over 300 travel advisors attending across five sessions in Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne last week.
Five attendees, one from each event, have won a $5,000 50 Degrees North travel voucher, redeemable on one of the operator’s Nordic small group tours, giving the winners the chance to experience the product first-hand. The winners were Jenna Nochez (Blue Agave Travel) and Rebecca Harrison (TravelManagers) in Brisbane, Elizabeth Johns (Hastwell Travel & Cruise) in Adelaide, and Kate Gaskell (Wolf & Turner Travel Associates) and James Jang (Helloworld South Melbourne) in Melbourne. The seven visiting Nordic partners awarded 35 further prizes across the sessions, from hotel stays to guided experiences in Norway, Iceland and Lapland.
The Roadshow brought seven partners from Norway, Finland and Iceland face to face with advisors, pairing short supplier presentations with open networking. Partners spanned the Norwegian coast and fjords, Finnish Lapland and Iceland’s volcanic south, from coastal voyages and fjord railways to Arctic lodges and glacier excursions.
These journeys rarely sit with one supplier. 50 Degrees North combines places, stays and experiences across countries into a single journey, connecting the trains, ferries and transfers in between and backing each trip with local expertise and 24-hour emergency support.

“No single supplier tells the whole Nordic story, which is exactly why a roadshow like this works,” said Salla Ekman, Head of Partnerships APAC at 50 Degrees North. “They each know their own part of the North inside out; we’re the ones who join it into a journey. An advisor who hears all seven in one afternoon leaves with a better understanding of how a trip across the region fits together, not just a list of names.”
Alongside the presentations, the open networking sessions gave advisors time with the supplier teams who travelled out for the events.
“Advisors leave with a deeper understanding of the Nordics, stronger connections with the people behind the experiences, and a clearer appreciation of the trusted partnerships that sit behind every itinerary we create,” Salla added.

Following a successful 2025 debut and this year’s three-city expansion, 50 Degrees North plans to take the Roadshow to Sydney, Perth and its home city of Melbourne in 2027.
