W Brisbane, official hotel partner of QAGOMA is celebrating the new ‘Make, Believe, Magic: The Worlds of The Jim Henson Company’ exhibition with an exciting ‘Post Office’ pop up in the hotel lobby, and an accommodation package offering guests special access to the exhibition.
The exhibition at QAGOMA offers an immersive journey through the creative process behind some of the most cherished characters and stories in screen history and pop culture. In a world-first, visitors will encounter the Great Hall set and characters from the Emmy Award-winning series Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, alongside the treasured fantasy worlds of The Dark Crystal and Labyrinth, the iconic Muppets, and the instantly recognisable residents of Sesame Street.
From now until 10 November, W Brisbane will have a pop-up post office stationed in the hotel lobby, where guests can write a letter on specialty stationery to post to someone who deserves to receive a little message (which the W Brisbane team will deliver, free of charge).
In addition, W Brisbane have created a new rooms package which comes with two tickets to the QAGOMA exhibition, and two welcome drinks on arrival.
