The U.S. hotel industry reported negative weekly results due to the Labor Day calendar shift, according to CoStar’s latest data through 12 September. CoStar is a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics in the property markets.

  • Occupancy: 62.3% (-4.6%)
  • Average daily rate (ADR): US$160.57 (-1.7%)
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$100.08 (-6.2%)
