Sydney’s spring social calendar returns bigger and bolder than ever, with the 2026 Sydney Everest Carnival taking over Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens for eight action-packed weeks from Saturday 19 September to Saturday 7 November. This milestone year sees the $20 million TAB Everest celebrate its historic 10th running at Royal Randwick on Saturday 17 October, headlining a season of racing, fashion and entertainment. Ticket sales are tracking well ahead of last year, with TAB Everest Day on course to sell out even earlier than in 2025, and racegoers are encouraged to secure their place early.
Fashion takes centre stage this Carnival, with Fashion Stakes introducing a fresh theme for every raceday and a share of $30,000 in prizes on offer, building to a glamorous Grand Finale on Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day. From On Trend tailoring to All That Glitters metallics, each raceday gives racegoers a new reason to dress up and compete, with two brand new dining precincts and a refreshed entertainment line-up rounding out the Carnival.

Nine Racedays, Nine Fashion Moments
At Royal Randwick, racegoers register on the day for a shot at the live heats and a place in the Grand Finale on Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day; at Rosehill Gardens, a roving judge hands out Wildcard entries straight to the Finale. Racegoers can also make the most of the Pamper Pavilion, offering complimentary Runway Room makeup touch-ups, express hairstyling, raceday portraits and a welcome glass of Chandon on arrival. Each raceday brings its own theme:

New Dining Destinations
Royal Randwick unveils two new food and hospitality destinations this spring. Set within the Winx Stand, The Paddock becomes the Carnival’s vibrant social hub, bringing together El Jannah, Betty’s Burgers and Zeus Street Greek alongside Hard Rated, Asahi and Balter on tap, an Aperol terrace and Canadian Club trackside views. Exclusive to ATC Members, The Promenade offers a sophisticated outdoor setting behind the Official Stand, with premium bars from Whispering Angel, Never Never Gin and Mr Black, food from Johnny Gio’s and Sana Mediterranean, live entertainment and a big screen.

The After the Last concert series returns across the Carnival, with Joel Fletcher headlining Sydney Surf to Turf Day, Mashd N Kutcher taking TAB Epsom Day, Kylie Fisher performing on Moët & Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day and Furnace and the Fundamentals closing out The Big Dance on Cup Day; headline acts for TAB Everest Day and Golden Eagle Day to be announced. New for 2026, The Piano Room delivers an exclusive Members’ after-party on select racedays, building to a live 90-minute set from viral piano sensation Kylie Fisher after the last race, making its Rosehill Gardens debut on Five Diamonds Ladies Day, open to Members and General Admission alike. Racegoers can also capture the day at the Trophy Display, the Sydney Spring Racing Carnival Photo Wall and new Fit Check Stations across the course.
