Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is delighted to announce the appointment of Ace Mamun as its new Director of Marketing and Communications, bringing an internationally recognised creative perspective and extensive global brand experience to Australia’s flagship Sofitel hotel.

Joining the Commercial Team, Ace will lead the hotel’s integrated marketing, communications, public relations, digital strategy and brand positioning, further strengthening Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s reputation as one of Australia’s leading luxury hospitality destinations.

Ace brings more than two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, global branding, publishing, and strategic communications. His career has included senior marketing and brand leadership roles with Marriott International and Paramount’s publishing division, alongside advising internationally recognised brands on storytelling, communications and cultural strategy. An author, TEDx speaker and award-winning storyteller, Ace is recognised for creating meaningful brand experiences that connect communities through creativity, culture and authentic human connection.
