Friday Gaucho Night puts beef at the heart of the experience, drawing inspiration from the bold flavours and convivial spirit of South American-style dining. Alongside cuts from the carving station, charcuterie and artisan cheeses, guests can discover an array of dishes spanning cuisines from around the world. Highlights include beef tartare and beef carpaccio, followed by favourites such as massaman nuea, Korean-style short rib, Beef Wellington, prime rib and boeuf bourguignon. Beef cannelloni, teriyaki skewers, wagyu Café de Paris, Japanese-style grilled beef tongue and Thai boat noodles complete the selection.
Saturday turns the spotlight to crab and seafood, with an abundant display of Alaskan crab, blue crab, river prawns, slipper lobster, oysters, mussels and shellfish. The theme continues with a collection of Thai and international crab dishes, from deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic and black pepper crab claw to crab curry with betel leaves, fried rice with crab meat, cream of crab soup and Thai-style crab with fresh milk. Sushi, sashimi, freshly grilled dishes and other favourites add further variety to the Saturday spread.
