Micro-Cruising today announced a change to its reservations team, farewelling Vivienne after three years of dedicated service and welcoming Kc as its new Reservations Consultant.
Vivienne has worked tirelessly for Micro-Cruising over the past three years and will be stepping away from the business to pursue her own business interests. Nicola, on behalf of Micro-Cruising, thanked Vivienne for her dedication during a special period in which Nicola was growing her family, noting that Vivienne’s contribution will be greatly missed.
“It’s time to say goodbye and good luck to Vivienne, who has worked tirelessly for Micro-Cruising for the last three years as she pursues her own business interests,” Nicola said.
Vivienne thanked her agents: “Thank you for all your support, your business, your patience, and for making the day-to-day dealings so enjoyable. It has been a pleasure working with you and being part of this little corner of the cruising world.”
Kc Lyn San Pedro (she goes by Kc) is taking over reservations duties. She brings years of industry experience working with airlines and travel agencies. Kc will be working East Coast hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
