The São Paulo hotel industry posted its highest July average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) on record, according to preliminary data from CoStar, a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.

July 2026 (year-over-year % change):

  • Occupancy: 61.8% (+3.9%)
  • ADR: BRL706.65 (+5.5%)
  • RevPAR: BRL436.60 (+9.6%)

The AI Summit Brazil led to peaks across the three key performance metrics. Occupancy (83.9%) reached a high on Thursday, 23 July, while ADR (BRL756.89) and RevPAR (BRL629.48) climbed to their top levels the night before. Those were the only two nights in July when São Paulo’s RevPAR surpassed the BRL600 mark.

The market also hosted the Biocontrol & Biostimulant LATAM conference (27-29 July), which drove ADR to BRL747.39 on the second day. Occupancy (80.2%) and RevPAR (BRL580.74) reached highs for that event on the following night.
